I hope you do, and you'll respond to this question because, quite frankly, I don't! I'd love to get down to Costa Rica and explore, hopefully to put together a first-class photo tour or a high-speed flash hummingbird shoot. For that, I could really use the input of readers of these questions. If you do, please respond to our email address, and type Costa Rica Wildlife in the subject heading.

I'm hoping readers can supply me with the names and mailing addresses, or email addresses, for various lodges. It'd be great to get readers insight into the best locations for photographing hummingbirds, resplendent quetzals, monkeys, and other species of wildlife. If you don't haven't been there yourself, but you know someone that has and who might have worthwhile information, you might wish to copy this URL and send it to those who have.

I must confess I do feel guilty proposing a question of the month where I'm not giving the answer, but hopefully this type of dialog could spin into another feature to this website -- site locations to great areas of the world that readers can refer to, based upon the input of other photographers. However, I'll be updating this page in the October Question of the Month, and that's only a month away!
